Seven original serigraphs designed and printed by Ronald King for a ballad by Roy Fisher written in 1957 about the old handknitters of the Dales in Yorkshire and Westmoreland. The text and title page, printed letterpress, accompany the prints on separate sheets of the same size in an Imperial size portfolio, all on J. Green rag-made paper. The edition is limited to 30 and 5 proofs and is suitable for display as a framed sequence. 85 x 60 cms.
